The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NEXT EDGE LTD, trading as Europa Customs.

NEXT EDGE LTD operates this website and store, including all related content, products, tools, and services (the “Services”) through www.europacustoms.com to provide you with a premium automotive shopping experience.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once accepted, especially for custom-made products.

All purchases are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 - INSTALLATION AND VEHICLE LIABILITY

All products must be installed correctly and, where necessary, by a qualified professional.

We are not responsible for:

  • improper installation
  • damage caused during or after installation
  • incorrect use or misuse
  • vehicle system errors, warning lights, coding issues, or malfunctions
  • compatibility issues arising from incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer

The customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility before installation.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, and text, is owned by Europa Customs and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.

SECTION 18 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SECTION 19 - CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS (CRITICAL)

Certain products sold by Europa Customs are custom-made and built specifically for each customer.

Custom orders include, but are not limited to:

  • stitching color selections
  • material customization (leather, Alcantara, carbon fiber, forged carbon)
  • center markers and design modifications
  • badge or logo changes
  • LED displays or electronic features
  • paddle shifters or airbag modifications
  • heated steering wheel options
  • any configuration not kept as standard stock

Once a custom order enters production:

  • it cannot be canceled
  • it is non-standard and non-resellable
  • it becomes subject to partial refund terms only, as outlined in our Refund Policy

SECTION 20 - PAYMENT TERMS

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available only for selected non-custom products. We reserve the right to refuse COD orders for customized or high-value items.

50/50 Payment Option

Custom orders may be paid:

  • 50% deposit before production
  • 50% before shipping or upon completion

Production begins only after deposit is received.
